Payment Policy
At BrushnBlade, we ensure that all transactions are secure and encrypted. You can choose from the following payment methods:
Payment:
- Brushnblade.pk accepts payments via all bank debit and credit cards.
- If you make an advance payment, kindly share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp along with your order number for confirmation.
1. Payfast Online Payment:
All Banks: We accept payments from all banks in addition to the specific banks listed below.
- Credit & Debit Cards:
Pay using Visa, MasterCard, or other supported cards.
- Mobile Wallets:
Easypaisa, JazzCash, uPaisa, Zindigi.
- Bank Transfers:
Al Baraka, Askari Bank, Bank AL Habib Ltd., Bank Al Makramah, Bank Islami, Habib Metro Bank, Meezan Bank & SONERI BANK LTD.
- You will be redirected to Payfast to complete your transaction securely.
- Once payment is successful, your order will be confirmed and processed immediately.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Available all across Pakistan.
- Simply pay the delivery person in cash when your order arrives.
Note: All online payments are verified before processing. Orders with invalid or incomplete payment details may be delayed or cancelled.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your BNB products. If you wish to return an item, please note the following:
1. Return Timeframe:
You may return ordered products within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all hygiene seals intact.
Only shaving products sold directly by BrushnBlade are eligible for a return claim.
Non-returnable items (opened products, used blades, or damaged due to customer misuse) are not refundable.
3. Return Process:
Email info@brushnblade.pk with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide instructions for shipping the product back.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective.
4. Inspection & Refund:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer; the bank transfer details must be included in your return request email.
5. Defective or Wrong Items:
If you receive a defective or false item, please notify us immediately at info@brushnblade.pk.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Additional Notes
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria above.
