Terms & Conditions for Warranty Claims
We offer a 6-month warranty period for our products at no cost.

Warranty Period – Warranty claims must be submitted within 180 days from the date of purchase.

Defective Product Assessment – To process a warranty claim, clear images of the defective product must be provided for inspection. Additional information may be requested if needed.

Coverage for Manufacturing Defects – The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. Damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not covered.

Proper Use Requirement – The product must have been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Any deviation from recommended use may void the warranty.

Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications – The warranty will be void if the product has been altered, repaired by an unauthorized technician, or tampered with in any way.

Original Parts & Accessories – The warranty applies only to original components of the product. Third-party parts or accessories are not covered.
